Park Expectations
- Sites will be automatically watered daily; we are not responsible for water damage to personal items including water spots on campers.
- 5 MPH speed limit within the park at all times.
- Checkout time is 11:00 am. Check-in time is 1:00 pm.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please let us know by 9:00 am.
- One unit per site with six people max.
- To protect our underground sprinkler system, please do not drive or park on the grassy areas.
- Pet fences of any kind are prohibited on the grass or gravel.
- Pets must be accompanied by their owner and kept on a leash at all times. No more than 6 pets per site.
- Smoking is prohibited in campground buildings.
- Washing or rinsing of campers is permitted for a $10 charge, which is to be paid in advance. If you are wanting to wash your vehicle, we encourage you to use the carwash located at Fic’s Plaza Truck Stop & Convenience store.
- Campfires are prohibited. Grills are okay. If you are wanting to have a campfire, we encourage you to use the firepit next to the pavilion.
- Small children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- Rugs and mats are prohibited on the grass. If you would like to put a rug or mat down, please put it on the gravel.
- Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 8:00 am daily.
- Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, use of obscene language, or obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Policies
All campers must check-in at the campground office before entering the park. If you called and let the campground host know that you would arrive after hours, your name and site number may be left on the campground door for you to pick up before entering the park. If you arrive after hours unexpectedly, and you have made your reservation in advance, you may use the campground map displayed in the office window to locate and park in your assigned site. If you arrive after hours unexpectedly, and do not have a reservation, you may use the drop box. The directions for using the drop box are displayed in the campground office window. Indian Creek Campground’s check-in time is 1:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Upon arrival all guests agree to abide by Indian Creek Campgrounds park expectations throughout their stay. The expectations are posted on our website, and included with guests’ check-in packet. Failure to follow the expectations may result in cancellation or dismissal from the campground. Indian Creek Campground reserves the right to register service to any current or prospective guests.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking for online and over-the-phone reservations. By providing a credit card, guests are authorizing Indian Creek Campground to charge your card for the full amount of your reservation.
All cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is requested within 7 days of your scheduled stay, you will be charged 50% of your total stay. If you are a no show, no call, you will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
All sales are final. Refunds may be granted in extraordinary circumstances and are issued at the discretion of management. Proof of purchase is required.
No fee will be assessed for modifying or changing the dates of your reservation as long as the modifications are requested 7 days before your scheduled stay. If you choose to make changes within 7 days of your scheduled stay, you will be subject to a $10.00 modification fee.
All propane tanks must pass inspection before filling. Tanks that are damaged or are considered unsafe for filling will not be filled. Filling is at staff discretion for safety reasons.
All guests staying for a month or longer are required to fill out a monthly agreement form. Monthly agreement forms are sent by request and must be completed prior to receiving a confirmation and site number. Monthly or long-term guests may also be asked to share photos of their camper prior to receiving their confirmation and site number.
