Reservations

Site numbers are not guaranteed nor do you have the option to select your site, but you are able to select and guarantee your site type. Meaning, if you need a 50 amp site that accommodates a 40’ motorhome, you will select or be provided a site type that satisfies your specific site needs . If you have stayed with us in the past, and want to reserve a specific site number, please call and speak with the campground host at (406) 846-3848. The host will do their best to make your request possible.

You are not able to select your site(s) online. If you want to ensure you and your traveling companions have sites adjacent to one another, you may call (406) 846-3848 and ask the campground host. The host will do their best to satisfy your request. Accommodating campers traveling in pairs or groups is important, although there is no guarantee you will have a site(s) adjacent to your traveling companions. The site type you selected or requested is always guaranteed.

To reserve a site for a month or more, you will need to call the campground office at (406) 846-3848. Prospective long-term or monthly tenants will be required to fill out a monthly agreement and may be asked to provide at least two photos of their camper. Additionally, prospective tenants will be required to pay their first month's rent at the time of booking.
Yes. To reserve a tent camping spot, you may book online or call (406) 846-3848. To be considered a tent camper, at our park, you must be pitching a tent in the grassy area we have designated for tenters. We do not consider truck pop-ups, tent trailers, A-frame campers, high-wall campers, or anything of that nature to be a tent. We kindly ask you to book a site, if you have a truck pop-up or something similar.
No. Sleeping in your vehicle, at our park, is prohibited. We encourage prospective guests who only have a set-up in their vehicle to call and reserve a room at the Travel Lodge, which is within walking distance of the park. Their phone number is (406) 846-2370.

Sites

No, and campfires are not allowed at any of our sites. However, campers are welcome to utilize our community fire pit which is located next to our outdoor pavilion.

Each site has its own picnic table. If you are having a large gathering of people, which would require you to use more than one picnic table, we ask you to take advantage of our outdoor pavilion before requesting or moving the picnic tables.

Some of our sites have shade trees, but not all. To determine which sites, offer shade, please refer to our site map. Our site map features the location of each mature tree in the park. If you desire shade at your site, select or request a site number which features a mature tree.
Most of our sites have good satellite reception. Our site map shows the locations of the mature trees, which would block satellite reception. If satellite reception is a priority to you, when selecting or requesting a site, select or request a site number without a mature tree.
It is unlikely you will be able to get TV reception through the air at any of our sites due to the park’s distance to the nearest local TV station.
Tent campers have access to the laundry, shower, and restroom facilities, which are located within 100 feet of the tent area. Within the facilities, there are outlets that tent campers can use to charge electronics. Additionally, there are several outlets around the facilities building that tent campers may run an extension cord to if need be. There are spigots in and near the tent area that tenters may get water from and there are large garbage cans located near the tent area. Lastly, tenters may park their vehicles parallel to the tent area.

Off-Season

You do not need to make a reservation during the off-season. There is a drop box located to the left of the campground office door where you may leave your payment. The cost for a one night’s stay during the off-season is $25.00. All other details are displayed in the windows of the campground office.

During the off-season, electricity and sewer are available at all sites. Water is not available at the sites. However, there is one frost-free spigot located behind the campground office off-season campers may use to fill their tanks.

During the off-season, access to the laundry, shower, and restroom facilities is closed.
Yes. The monthly rate during the off-season is $500.00. To reserve a site for a month or more, during the off-season, you will need to call the campground office at (406) 846-3848. Perspective long-term or monthly tenants will be required to fill out a monthly agreement and provide at least two photos of their camper.

Other Amenities

No. The campground office sells ice, firewood, and propane. Campers may also stop by the campground office for complimentary coffee or candy.

Yes. The campground office sells a variety of Montana-made items such as shirts, hats, stickers, and earrings to name a few.

Yes. To exchange money for quarters, please visit with the campground host.
No. Unfortunately, we do not have cabins.
No. The park does not have a pool or recreational room. However, the park has an outdoor pavilion with picnic tables underneath it, and a communal fire pit to the side of it. The campground office also has a variety of outdoor games campers are welcome to use. To utilize the games, visit the campground office to checkout one of the games with the campground host.
No. While we do have electricity at each of our sites, we do not meter electric usage at each individual site. Meaning we have no good way to charge customers for their electrical usage. With that being said, coming June 2026, there will be an EV charging station located within walking distance of the park, between the McDonald’s and Subway restaurants at 1007 Village Lane in Deer Lodge.
